SALON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may disrupt your treatment. We need to ensure that all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.

Please arrive on time for your treatment. If it is your first appointment at the salon we will already factor in extra time to allow you fill out relevant forms. We require you to complete a personal treatment questionnaire and you will be asked about your general health including if you are, or recently have displayed symptoms of Covid-19. This document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

Cancellations

Please note 24 Hours notice is required by us for all cancellations, this is so that we can offer your time to another client if possible. We reserve the right to charge the full treatment price for late cancellations (within 24 hours) and we also reserve the right not to offer you premium time slots of you cancel late on more than one occasion. If we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time it affects our business and the therapist. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 0208 941 0516 or visiting our website. If you are taking a course of treatments that are pre paid and you cancel on day you will forfeit that session.

Purchase of Retail Products

Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.

Prepaid Courses of Treatments

Have a validity of 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. No refunds are given for partial courses taken.

Our Loyalty Reward Card

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your loyalty points can not be transferred to a third party. Your loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or when booking courses of treatments. All client loyalty points remain the property of Skinfit Spa Ltd. Skinfit Face and body clinic reserves the right to without notice: a. terminate the scheme b. decline to issue Loyalty points c. withdraw or cancel the loyalty scheme, d, alter or amend the terms & conditions of the Loyalty points scheme.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and may no be accepted after that date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against aesthetic injectable treatments.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Smoking

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.

Children

Please understand that we cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

Hygiene

Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. We only use new sterilised or disposable tools for each client. We ask that you only bring what you need to your appointment and to keep your personal items in a bag that can stowed in the hygiene boxes provided.

Payment

Most credit and debit Cards are accepted, American Express, cash or cheque. All prices include value added tax at a current rate.

Patch Testing

Patch testing required for clients who have never had eyelash tinting, eyelash lifting, and eyebrow tinting or chemical peeling. This should be completed 48 hours prior to treatment.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
